So this past week, Margie and I started a workout routine. It has been going pretty good. We started with a mile walk/jog each night. Neither of us has worked out since high school so this was quite an adjustment. It has been going pretty good. By the end of the third day, we were jogging the whole mile and not walking at all. We are also doing some ab workouts after we jog. We have both enjoyed this so far and have already seen results. Mar bought a new belt a few days before we started. She wanted to wear it the other day so I cut the tags off and gave it to her just to see that it no longer fits...it is too big! So the moral of the story is don't buy a new belt the week before starting a workout.

hey - - you guys should join Trevor and I in our mini-marathon - it's May 2nd. You've already done more training than us! So should I count you in?? (you can even rent bikes, so there are no excuses!)
Yeah! Losing weight is a plus! I need to join in on the running! Would you like to drive down here every night to get me so I can go?

how long did it take for Mar to find an acceptable belt?? I have cried when I've found myself in the same situation!!! I hate belt shopping!!
That is fabulous! I am impressed with the speedy results! I am trying to find a cheap gym membership to go to because Mike is never home to go running with me and we don't have a double jogger. Anyway, good job to you guys!
