Christmas

So... this Christmas has been interesting. First, we had my grandma's last Sunday. We got this think we hang on our house and Aaron got a tie.
Christmas Eve Aaron had to work until 3, so I had to job of cleaning out the car and getting it ready to o to KC. As I walk out to the car I notice there is blue glass all over the floor board. I looked up and the window is shattered! The middle console was up and my bump it that was in the console was thrown on the seat. Needless to say, I started to FREAK out! How terrifying! I called the Aaron, who was a work. Of course he could answer so I called again because I know he would know it was important if I kept calling. While calling I got online to see if he was on and I could tell him what happened. He called back and he promptly told me to call the cops. I did and they said they would come out and file a report. I then called Mary because I didn't want to be alone and I was REALLY shaken up. Because Mary was so fabulous she came over and sat with me until Aaron got home, since his work let him off early. Basically, the cops came and took our information but in reality nothing is going to happen. Once again because Mary is so fabulous she let us park it in her garage since a BIG storm was coming.

So after dealing with all that, which completely puts a damper on the whole Christmas thing, it was time to go to KC for Aaron's families Christmas. We got a new set of knives... much needed. Aaron got a new pair of shorts and I got a fabulous new purse that Meem's made. They were great and we LOVE them!! We went to the church for the annual pageant and dinner. It was fun, but it was already sleeting and snowing, So we decided to stay in Liberty until morning. However, the morning wasn't much better! It was awful driving on 291 but 70 wasn't bad after Concordia. However, we did eventually make it to Columbia and then Mexico. Grandma's was really good... yummy food and good company. I got a really cute sweater, new jeans and this way cute travel blanket. Aaron got a fabulous popcorn popper and a hoodie. So... we have one more Christmas on Wednesday and we will update on that later!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

What about your MOST FABULOUS S-I-L and how she replaced the things that were stolen. And you didn't even question how I have enough makeup to supply another person with a full set-up (brushes and unopened mascara included!)
