Vacation

We got home from our vacation Sunday night! It was a wonderful trip and defiantly what Aaron and I needed. We were in 3 different states and 2 different time zones, so needless to say we were pretty much tired the WHOLE trip. Here is the quick run down w/ lots of pictures. We flew to Vegas Friday night late, and stayed with Emilee's sister in Vegas. It was very nice. We then headed to St. George and Enterprise the next day. We ate at Cafe Rio, one of my favorites and then headed to Enterprise. That night we hung out with Emilee's family and her dad made dutch oven potatoes--YUMO! They were delicious. Then Sunday we went to church and spent the rest of the day with the Holt's.. it was great to see of them, except Shane and Jenny and Sheldon and Morgan (you were missed)! It is crazy to think that I have known them since I was six and now they all grown and have babies of their own. My second family has really grown up. Then Monday we spent the day in St George, we ate In-N-Out and I got to do all my favorite Utah stores.. Deseret, Seagull and Down East. As you can tell most of our vacation we ate so when you see me next and you notice I've gained 20 pounds DON'T comment and just remember I had a GREAT vacation. Then we went to Beaver since Lance had to work the next day. Tuesday we went to Bryce Canyon and had squeaky cheese. Emilee also made Navajo tacos which were AMAZING! Wednesday we went back to St George and Aaron, Emilee and I did a session. The temple was very very pretty. We then headed back to Vegas to then go to San Diego. Thursday we drove to San Diego and it was a BORING drive, but well worth it when we got there. We went to Coronado Island that night and had dinner and walked to beach.. it was lovely, but a bit chilly! Friday we did a temple session. OMG.. the prettiest temple I have EVER seen! If you have never been I HIGHLY recommend it. It is gorgeous on the outside and even prettier on the inside!! I loved it! We also went to Mexico, the only thing you need to know about Mexico is it smells like POO! YUCKO! Then Saturday we went to beach again and went to the Mormon Battalion visitor's center. It was really neat! I am glad that we made the trip and grateful we have WONDERFUL friends that will travel with us. Thanks to the JONES' for being awesome and we can't wait to see you again! See you in February.. right Em?
