Weekend and Weeks Thus Far

So.. this weekend was VERY long but pretty good. For those of you who don't know, Aaron's Grandma passed away last week. So, we were in Liberty from Wednesday to Sunday night. Aaron's brother and sister-in-law came in from Virginia with their two kids. It was great to see them. We really missed them and had fun while they were here. We are also VERY excited to see them next week when we travel out there to see them!

We did the average family stuff over the weekend. Family pictures, catching up, late nights and lots of fun with the kiddos. We love all the neices and nephews and wished we got to see them more.

This week has been a bit crazy already. Aaron has finals all this week and I am wrapping up in my classes. It is also the last week of work, before the kids get out for the summer. I mean, we have a day and a half, next week but that doesn't count. Yesterday we had the school picnic for the second grade, the kids I work with. UGH! Poor Devon ended up getting sick. He fell asleep for an hour in the sun, then woke up and wouldn't eat McDonald's. What kid doesn't like McDonald's? I knew something was up. Then there was uncontrollable tears and then next thing I knew I had vomit all down my shoulder. Oh yes, you read that right VOMIT! UGH! I felt soo bad for him though... he was soo upset.

So, needless to say it's been an interesting week! We are super busy! Finals, finishing up work, getting ready to leave and my in-laws are coming this weekend.. so CLEANING! We are soo excited for them to come down and also to leave!
